ME

Hi,

I’m Atlas, the licensing artist and surface designer behind Atlas Greene. I’m from the beautiful state of Michigan, where I love exploring nature and discovering ways to connect with it.

I spent decades pursuing careers that felt like the “responsible choice” instead of my desire to create art. However, a few years back the urge to create became a calling, and so I left my corporate job and set out to honor that call. I poured myself into learning design programs, drawing every day, and immersing myself into the world of surface design, but most of all, I went on a journey to get reacquainted with myself in a meaningful way. 

​One of the most profound things I've learned through this life is that we can lose touch with the parts of ourselves that hold our identity if we don’t actively pursue them. It’s all too easy to get caught up in the day to day hustle and forget to nurture those precious parts of ourselves that make us feel at home in our own skin as well as the space around us. It is my hope and mission to bring that sense of comfort and identity to you through my art. Whether my designs show up on your walls, your clothes, your home decor, or in any other form; I hope that they bring you a sense of self and of home.
